I live in Denmark with my partner José and our daughter Alba.
POETRY
I have been writing since I was little. It is my main tool for navigating in this world. It has helped me through some hard periods of my life. Writing for me is a tool for connecting with my self.
My intention with sharing my words with the world, is to guide and inspire. Words are like magic, they have the power to heal, to expand your conssiousness, to create connection and change.
ENERGY WORK
A few years ago, when I still lived in Spain, I had regular sessions with a Reiki Healer, and I experionced the magic of energy work first hand. I was called towards practising energy healing, but I knew I had some healing work to do on my self before I was ready, so it wasn't until we moved to Denmark I had my first Reiki intiaton. It was a transformal experince and has helped me deepen my realtionship with my intuiton even more. I now practice what I call intuitive energy healing.
