Shipping

Spanish post office Correos is used for both domestic and international delivery.

Items are made to order, so please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed.

 
Approx. shipping time after order processing;

Spain: 4-5 business days
Europe: 7-14 business days
Rest of the world: 10-14 business days
 

We do not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier service.  

Delivery to Non-EU countries can incure additional custom duties and value added taxes (VAT), which are not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website. We are not responsible for covering these expenses.

Returns

Once you have received your parcel, you have 7 days to return your items.
The product must be in perfect condition with its original labels and tags.
Clients are responsible for return/exchange shipping charges. 
Please get in contact before returning any items
We will refund the full value of the goods within 30 days of receiving the items at our studio, using the same method as the original payment. Please note that we will not refund international duties and taxes.
